Week 7 Results



Well after a disappointing Week 6 I was hopeful for a nice number this week.

But unfortunately this week was sooo hectic, I didn't make it to the gym very often.

But I did watch my calorie intake and tried to do as much physical exercise I could.

So here are the results for Week 7 on the road to 100.


Week 6 Weight - - 291lbs

Week 7 Weight - - 286lbs

5 lbs = Total Weight loss of 34 lbs


I'll Take It!!

I am happy with this number, considering the lack of focus at the gym this week.

Make sure you tune in next week.

I will be starting my 3-a-days, with the first workout at 5am

My goal is to be into the 270's by March 1st.
